Calamari with Chipotle-Mayo Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  • CHIPOTLE-MAYO DIPPING SAUCE
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 chipotle chilies in adoo sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • Sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. CHIPOTLE-MAYO DIPPING SAUCE (Instructions)
  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor; blend until smooth.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hr.; serve with fried calamari.
