Chicken Alfredo Pizza, II

Ingredients
  • 1 12-inch pizza crust
  • 4 ounces Alfredo sauce, (see recipe below)
  • 4 ounces chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1¾ ounces 50/50 blende mozzarella and provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1½ ounces tomatoes, chopped
  • ¾ ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
Instructions
  1. Spread sauce over dough, leaving a ¾-inch border around the edge of the pie.
  2. Layer with chicken, cheese blend, tomatoes and Parmesan.
  3. Bake at 450 F for six minutes in an impingement oven or 500 F for eight minutes in a deck oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
