Chicken Alfredo Pizza, II

- 1 12-inch pizza crust
- 4 ounces Alfredo sauce, (see recipe below)
- 4 ounces chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 1¾ ounces 50/50 blende mozzarella and provolone cheese, shredded
- 1½ ounces tomatoes, chopped
- ¾ ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- Spread sauce over dough, leaving a ¾-inch border around the edge of the pie.
- Layer with chicken, cheese blend, tomatoes and Parmesan.
- Bake at 450 F for six minutes in an impingement oven or 500 F for eight minutes in a deck oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
