Chicken Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
  • 2 pound dough ball
  • 3 - 4 ounces pesto
  • 1-1/2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
  • 6 ounces mozzarella
  • 4 ounces artichoke hearts
  • 6 ounces fresh, Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 ounces of Italian spiced marinated chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 ounces roasted red peppers
Instructions
  1. Roll out dough to 16-inch pizza size.
  2. Coat pizza with pesto.
  3. Layer sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, tomato and chicken.
  4. Top with peppers.
  5. Bake for 10 min. in a 400 F oven.
