  • *Pesto Aioli:
  • ½ cups pesto (your recipe or jarred)
  • 2 cups mayonnaise (the non-sweetened kind)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
  1. Combine the pesto, mayonnaise, garlic and mustard in a bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and correct the seasonings.
