Penne and Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • BALSAMIC REDUCTION
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pats
Instructions
  1. Put the vinegar in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat & cook until it has been reduced to about ¼ cup.
  3. Swirl in the pats of butter one by one, stirring constantly.
  4. Off heat, cool the reduction.
