  • 1 quart half and half cream
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup granulated garlic
  • 1 cup onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • ½ cup finely chopped parsley or freeze dried
