Spicy Crabmeat Pizza

- 1 7-1/2 ounce dough ball
- Olive oil
- 3 ounces crab meat
- 3 tablespoons yellow whole kernel corn
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, chopped
- ⅛ cup red pepper, chopped
- ⅛ cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Prepare a 10-inch thin pizza crust from doughball.
- Spread pizza sauce on dough and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add crab meat, corn, beans and peppers.
- Top with shredded Monterey Jack and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake directly on stone at 515 F, 6-8 minutes or until cheese bubbles and crust is brown.
