Thai Ginger Pork Pizza

- 3 12-inch par-baked pizza crusts
- Thai Pizza Marinade (see adjacent recipe)
- 24 ounces pork tenderloin, raw
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Thai Pizza Marinade.
- Trim pork tenderloin and marinate in Thai Pizza Marinade.
- Place on a baking sheet and roast at 375 F until internal temperature reaches 150 F.
- Cool and slice thinly.
- Mix ginger into pizza sauce and spread onto the pizza crust.
- Arrange the pork slices on the top and cover with mozzarella.
- Bake for 7 to 10 minutes in a 375 F oven, or until cheese is melted and crust is a golden brown.
