The King Crab

Ingredients
  • One 14-inch pizza crust
  • 1-3/4 cup REDPACK marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces crab meat
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
  • Jalapeno peppers, chopped, to taste
Instructions
  1. Spread sauce evenly over pizza crust.
  2. Add crab meat and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Add jalapeno peppers, to taste.
  4. Finish with mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  5. Bake at 450 F for 10 min., or until crust is golden brown.
