Squashed Pizza

- 1 12-inch dough skin
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced thin
- 1 medium summer squash, sliced thin
- 3 ounces goat cheese
- 2 strips of bacon crumbles
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spread olive oil evenly over dough.
- Distribute dollops of goat cheese.
- Then layer zucchini and summer squash on pizza.
- Add bacon crumbles and Parmesan.
- Bake.
- Remove from oven.
- Slice and serve.
