Chicken Béchamel Pizza

Ingredients
  • 14-inch pizza dough
  • Béchamel Sauce (recipe follows)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, washed and finely chopped
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breasts, cut into ¼-inch wide strips
  • 2 ½ ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup sliced portobello mushrooms
  • 1¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Spread the Béchamel sauce over the pizza crust.
  2. Sprinkle on the grated Parmesan.
  3. Add chopped spinach, chicken strips, bacon and portobello mushrooms.
  4. Sprinkle on mozzarella and bake.
