Peach & Pecan Pizza

Ingredients
  • 12-ounce dough ball
  • 2 ounces olive oil
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • ΒΌ cup caramelized pecans
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 2 ounces Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
  • 1 ounce balsamic glaze
Instructions
  1. Form dough into a disc.
  2. Brush liberally with olive oil, then add mozzarella cheese.
  3. Top with pecans, peach slices and Pecorino Romano cheese.
  4. Bake until crust is golden brown and ready to serve.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle on balsamic glaze.
  6. Serve.
