Sausage and Giardiniera Pizza

  • 14-inch pizza crust
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 ounces giardiniera
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • 4 ounces shredded provolone
  • 6 ounces spicy Italian sausage
  1. Brush pizza shell with the olive oil.
  2. Add giardiniera, then top with cheese blend and sausage.
  3. Bake at 500 F until crust is golden and crispy.
