Spicy Whipped Ricotta

- 15 ounces of Ricotta
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 3 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Hot Honey
- Chili flakes (ground into a dust)
- Salt to taste
- Add ricotta, lemon juice, salt and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to food processor and blend until smooth.
- To plate a portion, drizzle with hot honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle lemon zest and chili flake dust.
- Serve with crostini.
