On Deck: Sausage and Rosemary Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt/pepper
Instructions
  1. With a pan on medium heat, pour wine in and begin to reduce.
  2. After 2-3 minutes, add chicken stock and bring up to heat.
  3. Add butter and whisk in until fully dissolved.
  4. Lastly, add cream and whisk until sauce comes to boil.
  5. Reduce heat, and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Sauce should be almost a light gravy consistency.
