Truffle and Honey Pizza | On Deck
- 1 dough ball for a 12-inch pizza
- 2 ounces shredded whole-milk mozzarella
- 2 ounces thinly shaved Moliterno al Tartufo
- 1.5 ounces provola
- Acacia honey
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- Cracked black pepper
- Stretch dough ball to desired size.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and provola.
- Bake at 550 F for 8-10 minutes.
- When pizza is finished cooking, spread the thinly sliced truffle cheese over the top and add a couple cranks of fresh black pepper and thyme.
- Finally, drizzle 2 teaspoons of acacia honey over the top.
