Ingredients
  • 75% ricotta/25% milk base
  • 3 ounces shredded whole milk mozzarella
  • Fresno pepper finely diced for some heat
  • Crab Mix (Recipe above)
  • Herb Mix (Recipe above)
  • Wontons (Recipe above)
  • Cheese Filling (Recipe above)
Instructions
  1. Stretch dough ball to desired size and add to a floured pizza peel.
  2. Spread ricotta/milk base on pizza.
  3. Then top with shredded mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Bake pizza at 550 F for 8-10 minutes or desired doneness.
  5. When your pizza is finished cooking, let it rest for a minute.
  6. Sprinkle Fresno pepper over pizza.
  7. Distribute crab mixture.
  8. Spoon herb mix.
  9. Top with wonton pieces.
  10. Spoon cheese filling and sprinkle torn herbs.
  11. Enjoy!
