Bourbon Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cayenne
- Pinch of nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon honey
- Bourbon, 1 shot or to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except the honey, in saucepan.
- Whisk ingredients together and simmer until heated.
- To serve, add bourbon to a coffee mug and then top with hot chocolate.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey, stir and serve.
