Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ Parmesan cheese, grated finely
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire.
  2. Add and blend mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
