- ½ cup butter
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ounces sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt butter and 8 ounces of chocolate chips together.
- Add sugar and stir.
- Next, add eggs and vanilla and stir again.
- Add salt, baking powder, flour and cocoa powder.
- Mix well.
- Add oil and stir again.
- Lastly, add final cup of chocolate chips and stir one final time to distribute chips.
- Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 350 F until brownies are finished
- (approximately 25 minutes).
