Marinara with Anchovies

Ingredients
  • 2 anchovies
  • 3 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 cup crushed tomatoes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in sauté pan.
  2. Add anchovy and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes (until garlic is just browning but not burnt).
  3. Add in thyme, tomatoes and salt.
  4. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Let cool and use as you please.
