Ricotta Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 ounces tomato puree or all-purpose ground tomatoes
- 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whip until smooth.
- Spread on pizza shell.
