Simple Sangria

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 4 ounces rum
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
Instructions
  1. Mix the ingredients in a large pitcher, stir, and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors “intermingle.”
  2. When serving the next day, add a little soda water, to taste, to thin the Sangria (it will thicken a bit overnight in the fridge).
  3. Serve over ice.
