- 1 sliced vine ripened tomato
- 6 ounces buffalo mozzarella
- Fresh basil
- 2 ounces extra–virgin olive oil
- 2 ounces of balsamic drizzle
- Layer the tomato, mozzarella and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic drizzle.
