Cilantro Jalapeño Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon shallots (about ½ shallot)
- 1 tablespoon roasted jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Blend or whisk all ingredients
- together, except oil.
- Drizzle in oil, whisking/blending to emulsify dressing.
