- 8 ounces raw ground beef
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and reserve.

Big Southwest Beef and Corn Pie with Pepper Jack

Ingredients
- 1 19-ounce proprietary dough ball formed into a 14-inch round
- 2 ounces béchamel, (alfredo) sauce
- 7 ounces fresh fior di latte mozzarella from log or ball
- 6 ounces grated Pepper Jack cheese
- 8 ounces Southwest beef mix, (above)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) fresh or frozen corn
- ½ ounce chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 tortilla chips, smashed by hand
Instructions
- Spread the béchamel sauce around the dough round followed by torn fresh mozzarella and the Pepper Jack cheese.
- Pinch the beef mix in the size of quarters and place on top of the cheese followed by the corn and bake in a 500 F oven until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pull from the oven and spread the smashed tortilla chips across the top of the pizza.
- Sprinkle the cilantro petals on top and serve hot.
