The new executive team brings deep industry and functional expertise to drive and underline the brand’s commitment to developing new restaurants, including the arrival of Emmy2 Pizza at Swingers Las Vegas in November 2024.
Troy Tracy has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Emmy Squared Pizza to lead the brand and oversee strategic growth and rapid expansion. Tracy brings more than 25 years of restaurant experience leading company and franchised operations, developing high-performing teams, increasing enterprise values, and growing brands to a transaction. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Ascent Hospitality Management, primarily overseeing operations of Huddle House Inc. In that role, he oversaw operations for 300+ restaurants, helped lead the brand to record-breaking unit growth, and drove portfolio profitability for all stakeholders. Tracy previously held high-level operations roles at Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc., including as a Franchisee of 25+ Arby’s and McAlister’s Deli locations across multiple states. In his new role as CEO, Tracy will further develop the brand and advance the status of Emmy Squared Pizza to become the category leader in the casual dining segment.

Carrie Hart joins Emmy Squared Pizza as Chief Financial Officer bringing extensive experience in leading financial functions at several high growth restaurant concepts. Prior to joining Emmy Squared Pizza, Hart was Executive Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Snooze A.M. Eatery, an experiential casual dining restaurant company. Through her expertise and leadership, Hart improved processes and implemented systems to ensure Snooze was poised for significant growth as well as founded an employee-funded foundation to assist employees facing financial hardships. Prior to Snooze, Hart held various financial leadership roles at Noodles & Company managing through several private-equity transactions and an initial public offering. She began her career with Plante Moran, a regional public accounting firm servicing various industries.
As the new Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing, Sergio Pérez will lead Emmy Squared Pizza’s brand and digital strategy, off-premise initiatives, customer engagement, public relations, and local marketing. Pérez is known for launching best-in-class digital and brand marketing programs across quick service restaurants, fast casual, and family dining brands. Previous to Emmy Squared Pizza, he held marketing roles at Bojangles, Church’s Chicken, Johnny Rockets, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, Huddle House, and Garden Fresh Restaurants. His career accolades include recognitions in QSR Magazine’s “35 Young Restaurant Leaders to Watch” and Charlotte Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.”
Eva Love has been appointed Senior Director of Training for Emmy Squared Pizza. With a specialty in creating training and development programs for growing brands in tandem with fostering a culture of development to empower teams, Love will oversee the design and implementation of training programs at all restaurant levels, including new openings, team member and leadership development, and the rollout of new menu items. She previously oversaw training and development at Black Rifle Coffee Company, Whiskey Cake, Sixty Vines, and Ida Claire, Huddle House, and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. A Certified Professional Coach through iPEC and a member of the Association for Talent Development and the International Coaching Federation, Love is dedicated to professional growth in her field.
