Tech Watch — After testing table-top tablets for six months at 180 units, Chili’s Grill & Bar plans to roll out the tablets to most of its 1,266 locations in 2014. Uno Chicago Grill and Applebee’s have also installed the devices at some of their locations.
Chili’s table-top tablets are loaded with menu options, games, its loyalty program, pay function and call buttons for servers. According to Bloomburg Businessweek, the chain has found that the devices have increased check averages. For more on this story, CLICK HERE.
