This winter, Pizza Today toured the renovated Fratelli Pizza in Flagstaff, Arizona. The pizzeria took over an additional 1,000 square feet in its building for a $150,000 remodel. Owners Brent and Pete Schepper caught the entire construction process through a time-lapse video.
