New Pizza Box Drives Far Better Consumer Insights, Sales and Engagement

Scottsdale Arizona, LeaderLogic’s RealRatings® Division announces the availability of their new Pizza Box Technology, that drives improved consumer engagement and far better consumer insights.
RealRatings www.myrealratings.com is a leader in consumer insights, and has just completed the design of a patent pending technology that helps pizza restaurants drive sustainable growth and profitability. The technology provides a way for the consumer to quickly engage with the product through a fun activity that also provides instantaneous consumer satisfaction insights. These insights provide an opportunity for pizza restaurants to get instantly notified if a customer posts a negative review through the engagement tool. This allows a store manager to intervene prior to a customer posting negative ratings on social channels including Google, yelp and other influential social communities. This is important as slight reductions in social ratings can cost a pizza restaurant hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual revenue. The technology also provides a means of engagement that can be used for consumer coupon incentives to drives repeat sales.
The straightforward design is a standard pizza box with a circle or other suitable shape that allows the consumer to draw their experience with the food and/or the service on the top of the box. Then they simply take a picture of the box and submit it for the opportunity to receive coupons or other incentives. The pending patenting technology, also calls for the use of box designs for drawing contests, crowdsourcing activities and a wide range of consumer insights and engagement tools. The technology can also be used on chicken buckets, and other food packaging in order to glean far better consumer insights and engagement.
LeaderLogic, LLC is now in the process of seeking a licensing arrangement with an exclusive licensee.
