Honey-Hot Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 lb. 8 oz. grilled, boneless chicken breast (cut into ⅜-inch bits, diced or shredded)
- Spicy Honey Pizza Sauce*
- Four 12-inch pizza crusts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 12 ounces Bleu cheese, finely crumbled 2 cups finely diced celery
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mix chicken with 1 cup sauce; reserve.
- Brush one pizza dough shell with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Spread ¾ cup sauce over pizza.
- Scatter 1 cup chicken over sauce. Bake at 500 F until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle pizza with ¾ cup cheese, then ½ cup celery.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Cut pizza into 6 wedges.

- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce.

- Heat 3 cups tomato-based pizza sauce with 1 cup honey.
- Remove from heat; stir in 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce.
