Chicken Enchilada Pizza

Ingredients
- One 12-inch pizza dough
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chicken breast
- Taco seasoning
- 1 cup green salsa
- 2-1/4 ounces sliced black olives, drained
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream (served on side)
- Chopped chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts.
- Chop and place back in pan.
- Coat with taco seasoning.
- Set aside.
- In oil, saute onions until translucent.
- Set aside.
- Top pizza dough with green salsa.
- Add black olives and onion Top with chicken.
- Toss cheeses together and top pizza. Bake at 475 F.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
