Serves: Approximately 2 ½ cups
- ½ cups pesto (your recipe or jarred)
- 2 cups mayonnaise (the non-sweetened kind)
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
- Combine the pesto, mayonnaise, garlic and mustard in a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Taste and correct the seasonings.
