Spinach Alfredo with Four Cheeses

- 18-inch pizza crust
- Olive oil
- 8 ounces Alfredo sauce
- 8 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 ounce Romano cheese, grated
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 ounces mozzarella/provolone cheese blend (50/50 blend)
- Spread crust with Alfredo sauce, then top with spinach and the four cheeses.
- Bake in 500 F oven for 7 minutes.
