Garden Rotini Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pounds dry tricolor rotini pasta
- 2 cups diced tomatoes or halved grape tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- I cup diced green peppers
- 1 cup diced red peppers
- 1½ cups thinly sliced carrots
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 2 cups peeled diced cucumber
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 3 cups of your house Italian dressing
- ½ cup sugar
Instructions
- First, cook your pasta in salted, boiling water and then drain, rinse and chill it.
- Toss everything together and you’ve got an amazing, eye-appealing pasta salad that is fairly healthy with its abundance of colorful vegetables.If you want to put a Greek spin on this pasta salad, change the black olives to Kalamata and add a cup or two of crumbled feta cheese. You can also reduce the sugar in half for a Greek-style pasta salad.
