Triple Herb Pesto

Ingredients
  • 1 cup packed basil leaves
  • ½ cup packed Italian parsley leaves
  • ½ cup finely chopped chives or scallions
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Puree the basil, parsley and chives in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Add the garlic, olive oil, parmesan and pepper and blend until well mixed.
