Fresh Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, cubed
- ½ large jalapeño, diced fine
- ½ cucumber, skinned,
- de-seeded and cubed
- ½ lime, juiced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ÂĽ cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
