Grimaldi’s Pizzeria Opens New Location in Madison, Alabama

Madison, Alabama (May 13, 2026) – Power Brands Hospitality Group, the Alabama franchisee of Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, has officially opened its newest Grimaldi’s location at Clift Farm, 461 John Henry Way, Suite 850, in Madison, Alabama. The restaurant brings the brand’s award-winning, Brooklyn style coal-fired brick-oven pizzas to the North Alabama community. This opening marks the third Grimaldi’s location in the state and the 45th nationwide.

Spanning 3,940 square feet, the new restaurant blends Grimaldi’s classic New York-inspired aesthetic with a welcoming, neighborhood feel. Guests will find familiar design elements like black-and-white photography, handcrafted wine bottle chandeliers and cozy dining spaces, seating up to 179 guests. The restaurant also features a private party room accommodating up to 40 guests, ideal for group gatherings and celebrations.

Brooklyn Tradition Meets Southern Hospitality

At the heart of the menu are Grimaldi’s coal-fired pizzas and calzones, crafted using a proprietary dough recipe, fresh mozzarella and time-honored techniques rooted in Brooklyn. The menu also features a range of salads, starters and desserts, including the brand’s well-known New York-style cheesecake.

The Madison opening builds on the success of Power Brands Hospitality Group, the brand’s Alabama franchise partner, which first introduced Grimaldi’s to the Huntsville market in 2022.

Grimaldi’s offers a Stoking Social Hour promotion, available seven days a week from 3 to 5 p.m. at participating locations. While the expert pizza makers stoke the famous coal brick ovens, dine-in guests can enjoy $10 signature cocktails, $3 off starters and salads, $10 off bottles of wine and $2 off beer, wine, spritzes, sangria and mocktails.
