This month, we will gather for the 42nd installment of Pizza Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This will be my 14th show. What an incredible ride it’s been so far. We’ve seen our industry grow by leaps and bounds, new pizza styles and trends emerge, advanced technology become mainstay and our pizza community strengthen.
Pizza Expo has continued to evolve to meet the rate at which pizzerias are evolving. Our team strives to keep elevating. We constantly have discussions about how we can make the show better. This year, I believe we’ve taken Pizza Expo to a whole new level.
The education program will feature several new speakers who will lead topics to help you move the needle in your pizzeria. The exhibit hall is massive with more than 500+ industry leading suppliers, alongside the cornerstone stages of demos and competitions. That leads me to Pizza Today. As a team, we get giddy about introducing something new to the show that will amaze you. Over the years, the Pizza Today booth has been a gathering place for our team to talk to pizzeria operators and even bring them on The Hot Slice Podcast.
This year, we are taking the booth to new heights with the Pizza Today Village. This will be an experience like nothing else we created before. We hope it will blow you away. The pages of Pizza Today will come to life with demos and sessions led by Pizza Today contributors in our Secret Menu area.
