Leah Scurto, PizzaLeah in Windsor, California, created a Leftover Thanksgiving Pizza with old fashion turkey gravy. low moisture, whole milk mozzarella/white cheddar blend, dark meat turkey, stuffing and finished with a dollop of cranberry sauce and sprinkle of chopped Italian parsley.
