Creators of Chicago’s Original Deep Dish Pizza Give Guests an Inside Look at Making the Iconic Dish
WHAT: Celebrate National Deep Dish Day with Pizzeria DUE, the second location of the legendary Pizzeria UNO (and to feature Chicago’s iconic deep dish pizza). Guests are invited to take part in a fun, interactive cooking class where UNO chefs will guide participants through the step-by-step process of making the restaurant’s iconic Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Participants will learn everything from dough preparation to layering toppings before baking their own deep dish masterpiece.
Tickets are $59 per person and include one regular-size deep dish pizza, salad, a beverage (beer/wine/soft drink) and dessert. Space is limited and advance tickets are required. To join the fun, select your location and register online on Eventbrite.
