Target sauce applicators like our QTMC5 Target Sauce Applicator can evenly apply sauce to your product while maintaining a sauce free border. As part of a full topping line, Quantum Technical Services’ QTMC5 Target Sauce Applicator can produce up to eighty 12″ pizzas per minute. As pizza crusts travel down a conveyor and pass into position under the applicating head, sauce is accurately deposited onto the crust in an even coating. Quantum’s QTMC5 optional Hopper Level Control System ensures constant supply of sauce, avoiding downtime for manual refilling.
Quantum Technical Services offers in-house testing of your product(s). This is highly recommended to determine if your product is compatible with our sauce applicators. Not all sauces are created equal, some have large particulates that may clog the sauce pattern plate holes. Some sauces are thicker than others and may have different characteristics. Once we have tested your product, we can design a custom sauce pattern plate or nozzles to use for a consistent deposit.
