Cherry Blues Steak Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 12-inch pizza crust
- Butter, as needed
- 6 ounces onion, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces baby Portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 ounce olive oil
- 6 ounces sirloin, cooked medium rare and thinly sliced
- 3 ounces dried tart cherries
- 6 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Saute onion in butter until carmelized.
- Let cool.
- Saute Portobello mushrooms in butter until tender.
- Let cool.
- Evenly brush pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread onions and mushrooms over the pizza crust.
- Arrange slices of beef and cherries over onions and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle bleu cheese over entire pizza.
- Bake at 450 F for 8 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
- Serve.
