Jack and John Pizza

Ingredients
- 10 ounces hand tossed dough
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 4 ounces mozzarella/
- provolone blend
- 4 ounces Italian sausage
- 1 ounce black olives
- 1 ounce green olives
- 1 ounce white mushrooms, sliced
- 2 ounces artichoke hearts
- ½ ounce green onion
Instructions
- Hand-toss dough until it reaches roughly 10 inches in diameter.
- Brush with olive oil, then top with cheese, sausage, olives, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and green onion.
- Bake until crust is golden brown and ready to serve.
