Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 6 ounces special sauce (recipe follows)
- 10 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 6 ounces sage sausage, cooked
- 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 hardboiled egg, chopped
- 1 ounce parsley or sage for garnish

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 cup Half & Half
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium low heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for about one minute, whisking constantly until smooth and bubbling.
- Add seasonings and then add Half & Half a little at a time while still whisking.
- Continue whisking until thickened.
- Add more Half & Half until desired consistency is reached.
- Whisk in mustard.
- Spread sauce over pizza, add mozzarella, cover with cooked sage sausage, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake as usual.
- During last minute of baking, add more mozzarella and coarsely chopped hard-boiled eggs. Remove from oven, top with freshly chopped sage or parsley.
