The Royale with Cheese

- 1 19-ounce proprietary dough ball
- 3 to 4 ounces proprietary tomato sauce
- ¾ cup aged mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded provolone
- ¼ cup of the following cheeses: Feta, Asiago, Parmigiano, Gorgonzola, Provolone
- Place the tomato sauce on a 14-inch round followed by the mozzarella.
- Sprinkle each of the cheeses around the pizza and bake in a 475 F oven for 12 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese melted.
- Serve hot.
