The Pizza Expo 2025 Mobile App is now available for download. This year’s Pizza Expo 2025 Show Guide has gone digital! While the March issue of Pizza Today includes Pizza Expo-specific features, the Pizza Expo Show Guide is now on the Pizza Expo app. It is THE guide to help you shape your Pizza Expo experience. This year’s app has all the interactive bells and whistles for you to tailor your trip to you.

Before you go to your App Store and download, you’ll want to see what you can do in the Pizza Expo app and how to activate your account.

What can I do with the App?

We’ve updated the mobile app to help you maximize your time at Pizza Expo. Key features include:

• Access essential information and personalized content in a central hub for International Pizza Expo.
• Chat with connections. Ensure you’ve made a connection or confirmed a meeting to initiate chats.
• Follow your schedule. Keep track of your day. Note: Adding sessions to your schedule doesn’t reserve seats. Arrive early!
• Get notified. Turn on your notifications to be reminded of meetings and to receive event updates.
• Route to a show floor location. Use the interactive map feature on show site to navigate to exhibitors and stages easily.
• Badge Scan. Quickly scan a QR code to exchange contact information. (Be mindful that badge scans will share your email and phone number, even if you’ve opted to keep those private.)
• After the show, you can download your connections and accepted meetings for a seamless transition back to your day-to-day.

How do I get the App?

To access the Official Pizza Expo Mobile, you’ll need to activate your account. To do so, please have your registration details. Note: You must be registered for a show badge in order to log in to this app.

If you are activating your account on a desktop, follow these three easy steps:

Step 1. Activate your account. (You can login using your registration e-mail and badge number. Once you’ve created a password, you can set up your profile, check out our recommendations and start setting meetings.)

Step 2. Start planning before you arrive. Complete your profile to get tailored meeting recommendations and discover conference sessions in the Event Agenda to add to your schedule.

Step 3. Download the International Pizza Expo App to use on-site. Follow the link below on a mobile device to download the mobile app.
