The fast-casual pizzeria gets its name from its dual custom-built revolving brick ovens. Everything is customizable — from pizzas and salads to pastas. Revolve offers signature suggestions. The popular True Italian pizza features red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, house-made Italian sausage and prosciutto, pepperoncini, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil ($13). The Green Thumb pasta is topped with a basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, red onions, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and shaved Parmesan ($11).

Pizzeria Gusto

Gusto brings Neapolitan pizza to OKC and resides in the Uptown district. High-bar seating in front of its hand-built wood-fired oven is balanced by a communal table and bench seating. Accompanying the Neapolitan staples are a handful of pizzas like the Chicken with goat cheese, a mozzarella-provolone blend, roasted onion, arugula and roasted tomato ($14). The Italian Sausage features red onion, broccoli rabe pesto, Fontina and a mozzarella-provolone blend ($14). Its beverage program boasts 11 beers on tap, bottled craft beer, wine and craft cocktails.

Knuck’s Wheelhouse

The Bricktown pizzeria sources its produce locally and uses a local amber beer in its dough. Italian Cheese Fries puts a twist on the usual appetizer. Truffle fries are topped with pecorino, pepperoncini, red bell pepper, pepperoni and capers. Its menu of “wheels” consists of 15 clever-named pies, like The VooDoo with Cajun crawfish, bacon, mozzarella, jalapeño and red onion ($21 for a 17-inch) A build-to-order option features sauces, including a sriracha red sauce, veggies, meats, cheeses and finishes like ghost pepper salt and truffle oil.
