From the fair to the water park, fried dough is always a hit. So ahead of the summer season, Chris Decker offered an elevated look at one of summer’s hottest treats: fried pizza dough.
As usual, the pizzaiolo kicks it up a notch by adding whipped ricotta, Sicilian oranges, chopped pistachios and quince syrup.
