Controlling the quality of your pizza shell size and thickness is no longer an issue! Gaining better quality control of your product will result in an increase in profit margins and a decrease in product waste. No sprays or oils are needed! The thickness handle, allows you to customize the range of your pizza shells from thin to thick. For thinner pizza shells adjust the handle to the far left. For thicker pizza shells adjust the handle to the far right. Expand your product line with pizza shells ranging in size from 4″ to 18″ in diameter.
